We all know that working out offers its participants countless physical and mental benefits, from strengthened cardiovascular health to improved energy, mobility, and more. But if we don’t truly enjoy the workouts we participate in, exercise can quickly shift from a choice to a chore. While every athlete and body is different, when we find a form of exercise that we truly love, it becomes far easier to get up, get active, and make movement a part of our everyday routine. For those looking to find their fitness flow this summer, the City of Trenton welcomes you to be a part of this summer’s Fun Fitness initiative.

Beginning on July 6th, residents of Trenton are invited to get up and active for some morning movement. Complimentary workout classes will be held from 9am to 11am near the rangers station in Cadwalader Park, located at 36 Parkside Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08618. This free programming will run through the summer, with the program set to conclude on Saturday, August 24th. This program will provide guests with a number of engaging fitness classes to choose from, including Zumba, Strength and Flex, and more. This program is completely free to participate in, and all Trenton residents are invited to make this their healthiest, happiest summer yet.
